All models incorporate:

• 3 x 2 Pressure treated framing.
• Strong, reinforced frame to prevent shear movement.
• 18mm thick external cladding as a minimum.
  
• Discrete, heavy duty stainless steel hinges.
  
• Marine grade stainless steel door furniture.
• Stainless steel fixings for the external timber to prevent leaching.
• A 5 lever key - operated long - throw security lock.
  
• Internal stainless steel bolts on the non key - locking side.
• Guttering & downpipe at the rear for drainage (this can be easily be diverted to a water storage vessel, not supplied),
• 12mm marine ply roof panel.
• 12mm marine ply floor, edge protected with bonded rubber.
• 1.4mm thick rubber roof liner, bonded.
• Security screw fixings for the external timber.

Options include:

• Western Red Cedar T&G cladding.
• Swedish Spruce battens/cladding.
• Sedum roof.

Framing Timber:

• All of our framing timber is FSC certified, pressure treated structural grade for use outdoors in damp environments.
• An additional wood preservative treatment applied during construction.
